Clelia Evans Walters founded CharterHouse LLC in 2016 and serves as Chair of the firm. She works to build and maintain relationships with universities, thinktanks, and corporate clients to develop their communications and public affairs needs.
Trisha Bonilla, CPA

Trisha serves as CharterHouse LLC’s Accounting Consultant. She has her own independent accounting firm and previously served as a controller for multiple organizations.

Olivea serves our coalitions by working with member companies to develop public policy alternatives. She is a graduate of Messiah University and received her MPH from George Washington University.
